These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this Website and the services described below. By using this Website or booking any service with us, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Alive Skin is a holistic skincare coaching and education practice founded by Aishah Alshatti. Alive Skin is based and operated in Montenegro, and all services, consultations, and business operations are delivered from Montenegro. These Terms are governed accordingly (see Clause 11).

We provide:

One-on-one holistic skincare coaching consultations

Follow-up coaching programs

Group workshops (in person and/or online)

Product development consultancy for Cosmetics brands and businesses

Ingredient research and education

Alive Skin book "Healthy Skin Guide" and related educational materials

Beauty Products for skin, hair and body.

Not Medical Advice

Alive Skin provides holistic skincare coaching and educational guidance. Our services are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare provider. You should consult a doctor before beginning any new skincare or wellness routine, particularly if you have a pre-existing skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication. Any information provided by Alive Skin, including in consultations, programs, workshops, or the book, is for educational and informational purposes only.

Consultations, programs and workshops must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 6 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to forfeiture of session.

Follow-up program terms (number of sessions, duration, fees) are as agreed at booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session or workshop for reasons beyond our control, in which case an alternative date or refund will be offered.

Alive Skin sources and imports skincare and wellness products from healthy products suppliers in different countries, and ships to customers from our storage facility in Montenegro. In relation to these products:

Product descriptions, images, and ingredient information are provided as accurately as possible, but packaging, formulation, or appearance may vary slightly between batches or countries of origin; images are illustrative only.

Prices are listed in many currencies and may change without notice.

Aliveskin covers all international shipping and customs/import costs to bring products into our storage in Montenegro. Customers are only responsible for the delivery fee from our storage facility to their delivery address, currently KD 10 per delivery (effective from 31 October 2026; this fee may change and the current rate will be shown at checkout).

Once a product has been received by the customer, it is not eligible for return or refund, except as set out below.

If a product arrives damaged, Alive Skin will, at the customer's choice, replace the item or refund the customer, once the damage has been reported and verified (e.g. with a photo) within 2 days of delivery.

If an order is delivered with an item missing due to a fulfilment error on our part, Alive Skin will, at the customer's choice, refund the customer for the missing item or issue a gift card of equivalent value.

All products should be patch-tested before full use. As set out in Clause 4, product recommendations are educational, not medical advice; customers are responsible for reviewing full ingredient lists for known allergies before purchase or use.

Brand names, logos, and trademarks of third-party products sold on this Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Product availability is not guaranteed; items may be discontinued, substituted, or limited to stock on hand.

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, workshop content, and the book "Healthy Skin Guide," is the intellectual property of Alive Skin DOO and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

We treat your personal and health-related information with confidentiality. Personal data you share with us is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law in Montenegro and, where relevant, the data protection laws of your own country. For details on what we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by Montenegrin law, Alive Skin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or with the services provided by Aliveskin, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. The courts of Montenegro shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. Aliveskin's services and business operations are based in Montenegro; any reference to the founder's nationality or background does not imply that the business operates under, or is regulated by, the laws of any other country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this Website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
